CEO, Elite Casino Resorts LLC
Mr. Kehl has 25 years of experience in the casino industry. Mr. Kehl is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of Elite Casino Resorts LLC. Mr. Kehl was responsible for the start-up of all three Elite properties and oversaw all aspects of the construction. Mr. Kehl served on the Catfish Bend’s Executive Management Committee on behalf of Kehl Development prior to its sale in 2006. From 1994 through 2002, Mr. Kehl served as General Manager of Catfish Bend Casinos, L.C., where his responsibilities included start-up of the project, overall management of the operations, the acquisitions and renovation of a new riverboat vessel and other gaming-related projects during his eight years of service to the Company.
COO, Elite Casino Resorts LLC
Mr. Bonnet is the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member for Elite Casino Resorts LLC. Before becoming COO of Elite Casino Resorts, he served as CFO for the company. Mr. Bonnet has experience working in both excursion boat operations and with casino boat operations. Mr. Bonnet was part owner and President of Robert’s River Rides Inc. From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Bonnet was Financial Accounting Manager and Controller of Dubuque Casino Belle, Inc. from 1992 to 1993, Mr. Bonnet was presidential assistant for an affiliated company, Dubuque Casino Belle, Inc. Mr. Bonnet was part owner and Property Manager of the Mississippi Belle II Inc until its sale in 2006. Mr. Bonnet received his BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a CPA.
Executive Director of Golf and Board Member, Elite Casino Resorts LLC
Mr. Kehl has a depth of knowledge in the Iowa casino industry. Mr. Kehl serves as the Executive Director of Golf at Blue Top Ridge at Riverside and is a member of the Board of Directors at Riverside Casino and Golf Resort, L.L.C. and at Lyon County Resort and Casino, L.L.C. Mr. Kehl started his career in the casino industry with the opening of the first casino riverboat the Dubuque Casino Belle, Inc. in 1991. Mr. Kehl served as General Manager of the Mississippi Belle II, Inc. in Clinton, IA from 1999 until its sale in 2006. Mr. Kehl is Chairman of the Board of the Savanna-Thomson State Bank with branches in Savanna, Thomson and Mt. Carroll, IL. Mr. Kehl graduated from the American Institute of Business in Business Administration and Accounting.
Director of Special Projects, Elite Casino Resorts LLC
Mr. Massa worked as the General Manager at Catfish Bend Casinos, L.C. from April 2002 to August 2005 when he was named General Manager of Riverside Casino and Golf Resort. In June of 2010 he was named Chief Operating Officer for both Riverside Casino and Golf Resort and Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort, assuming that responsibility as well for Rhythm City Casino in February of 2014. Mr. Massa’s experience in the Iowa gaming industry started in 1993 when he designed, built and managed CasinOmaha in Onawa, Iowa as General Manager until 1997. In October 1999 Mr. Massa was named General Manager of Lakeside Casino Resort in Osceola, Iowa where he opened the casino and worked until joining Catfish Bend. Mr. Massa was also the General Manager of three different casinos for Larita, Inc. operations in Deadwood, South Dakota and Flandreau, South Dakota from 1990 – 1994. Mr. Massa received his MBA in Finance and Administration from Northwestern University and a BS in Economics at the University of South Dakota.
Chief Information and Compliance Officer, Elite Casino Resorts LLC
Ms. Ollendick served as the company’s Internal Auditor and Information Technology Director at Riverside Casino and Golf Resort from March of 2007, until July of 2010, when she assumed her position as Chief Information and Compliance Officer (CIO) of Riverside Casino and Golf Resort, Grand Falls Casino Resort, and most recently, assuming that responsibility as well for Rhythm City Casino in February of 2014. Ms. Ollendick has worked in the gaming industry in the state of Iowa for over twenty years. Prior to her work with Riverside Casino she worked for the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission for approximately twelve years, serving as a Director for the commission responsible for the regulation of racing and gaming in the State of Iowa, and prior to that she worked for Dubuque Greyhound Park and Casino. Ms. Ollendick received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Loras College.
General Manager of Shared Services
Mr. White is originally from the Iowa Quad-Cities, graduating from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. He worked with the Kehl family starting in the late 80s, back on the Riverboats before gaming came to Iowa then continued with them working on the Dubuque Casino Belle and Mississippi Belle II. From there Mr. White went to work for President in Davenport, Iowa, which was later purchased by Isle of Capri. After some time in Davenport, Dan and his family moved to south Florida to work for the Seminole Tribe of Florida gaming operations for 5+ years, then moved to Oklahoma to join a team to further develop a casino into a casino resort for Fort Sill Apache Tribe of Oklahoma where he worked as Director of Finance and Assistant General Manager. In 2010, Dan returned to Iowa to rejoin the Kehl team, as the Director of Finance for Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort. In 2014, Mr. White moved into the position of General Manager of Shared Services for Kehl Management, based out of the Riverside property where he works with the three properties with streamlining costs in various areas including payroll and purchasing.
